Fitness Consultation

Embark on a transformative journey, starting with a fitness consultation. After completing your client intake paperwork, together we will define what your goals are and explore what personal training can do for you. Together, we will discuss a plan that aligns with your needs and empowers you to reach your goals.

Movement Assessment

During this 1-1 session, we will thoughtfully review your medical and fitness history, take measurements for progress tracking, perform postural and movement assessments to identify any potential imbalances, and establish your starting point. Together, we will outline programming that aligns with your goals.

1-1 Training

With both in-person and online training available, you choose how often we meet and which training plan works best for you. Pointe Made Fitness is committed to helping you achieve your goals in a way that elevates your health, empowers your fitness journey, and provides lasting wellness for you and your future.
